Free shipping ONLY applies to orders being shipped to customers located in the USA. ALL USA orders are shipped via First Class mail with tracking – which usually takes up to 4 business days (if no delays with the USPS), depending on your location.
International Priority Flat Rate shipping is available and costs $15.00 + $5.00 for each additional item in your order. International orders are shipped via first class mail and/or priority mail and includes tracking information.
**CHECK YOUR SPAM**If your order was marked as “SHIPPED”, before contacting us about the whereabouts of your package, please check your email (and spam) as we sent you a USPS.com tracking # to track your package. We also add the USPS tracking info to your paypal transaction. USPS.com takes approximately 12-24hrs to update your tracking information once in their possession– so not to worry if it says “not found” or shipment awaiting, when you track via USPS.com.
What happens when USPS.com reports that my package has been delivered but I did not receive my package?
USPS is in general very reliable and professional. You should first check with your family and friends/neighbors, or your company’s receptionists or mail desk to see if someone has accepted delivery on behalf of you. You should also check with your local post office.
You should allow a few extra days as the package may be on your local postman or postwoman’s hands.
In the meantime, we recommend you to do the following:
-Check your order receipt to confirm your shipping address.
-Call USPS at their toll free number, and tell them you didn’t receive your package:

Please have your tracking number ready. Tracking numbers are displayed in your paypal transaction email and the shipping confirmation e-mail sent to you upon shipping.
What happens if all the above fails?
When USPS reports a package as delivered, it means the order is delivered. If you would like us to resend the package, re-shipment fees apply because the original package isn’t returned to us. Customers are required to pay 80% of the original order total as re-shipment fees. Again, this only applies to orders that are delivered and not returned to us.
If your package is showing in transit but has stopped moving for several days, please contact us and we can file a USPS.com claim on your behalf. If the package turns up as missing, USPS will approve the claim and we can reship your order. This ONLY applies if your tracking information has stopped moving.
If USPS.com reports that your package is being returned to us for insufficient address, unknown address, etc, please get it touch with us. We will reship it to you free of charge.
Please Note: Efforts have been made to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible on our site. Please keep in mind that monitors will also play an effect on the colors you see, if you have any questions about the colors, please feel free to contact us.
We do not offer refunds, however we offer exchanges on clothing and sneaker items ONLY. If you would like to exchange your clothing purchase for a different item or size, please follow the steps below:
1. Contact us to obtain our ship to address.
2. Orders must be returned in their original packaging and with all original hang tags and labels intact. No return or exchange will be accepted if item or packaging is distressed or otherwise damaged.
3. Your package with items to be exchanged should be dated no later than 15 days from receipt of arrival.
4. Make sure you use a tracking service, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We suggest that you use USPS First Class Mail, as other carriers do not deliver to PO boxes.
5. Include a note with the following information:
First and Last Name
Order #; Date purchased
Item to be Exchanged for (Please include item name found on our site)
6. The exchange will be processed within 21 business days from receiving it. It may take up to one month until you receive the new item(s).
7. You are responsible for any postal fees associated with the exchange. We recommend you ship packages back via First Class Mail w/ tracking, which is the cheapest.
8. We will re-ship free of charge the first time you exchange. If you are exchanging for second or third time, make sure you include a check/money order with associated shipping amount. We will hold orders submitted without such payment until we hear from you.
9. If you are exchanging for a more expensive item from what you are returning, make sure you include a check/money order for the difference. We will hold orders submitted without such payment until we hear from you.
10. Free exchanges not applicable for international exchange orders. Make sure you include payment for re-shipping as per your original order.
We do our best to fulfill back-orders as soon as possible. If you placed a back-order, please allow approximately 5-25 business days – sometimes we can get it out to you wayyyy sooner, depending on when it becomes available. As soon as your back-order arrives, we will immediately begin preparing shipment. We will ship your order via priority mail, which depending on where you live, will arrive in up to 3 business days, unless of course there is a transit delay, which in that case is the USPS’s fault..not ours:).

Once you have placed an order, we can cancel your order within 30 minutes from the time you place your order. Once 30 minutes has passed, we cannot cancel your order. Exclusive VIP experiences and concert tickets are non-refundable.
If you placed an order and need to change it for another item or size, please contact us ASAP and we will let you know the status of your order.
